Piki shares her experiences of having COVID twice, how the Long COVID symptoms have impacted her life and how it’s been a catalyst for her to adjust her work life balance, do more self-care and work on other strategies to improve her quality of life. She talks about how physical activity is harder now than it used to be, how lung fitness has been one of the hardest things to get back and how listening to her body and being conscious of rest, sleep and diet has been important.
