Becoming a member of ME Support is simple and enables you to receive our free support services.
It's FREE and takes less than two minutes and you will receive a welcome email with access to our members only area, illness management information and resources tailored to your needs.
The ME Support team will be away from 23 December 2023 and are back on the 8th of January 2024.

Client's consent for holding of information
I authorise the holding of information that may be relevant to my illness, ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia. I understand that in the receiving, use and storage of this information ME/CFS Support (Auckland) Inc will at all times comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
I understand that I have the right to access, and ask for the correction of, any information ME/CFS Support (Auckland) Inc may hold about me.
I understand that this consent is valid while I remain a member of ME/CFS Support (Auckland) Inc, and expires thereafter.
This consent is granted on the basis that any such information is being held solely for the purpose of my membership with ME/CFS Support (Auckland) Inc, and they will not share, sell, or rent my Personal Information with anyone without my permission, or unless ordered by a court of law.
